My five-step recruitment process

  1. I’ll meet with you to learn about your business and employment processes. We’ll work together to identify your recruitment requirements.

  2. I’ll interview and screen potential candidates, and present you with my short list. I’ll work with you and the candidate to ensure the job is the right fit and aligned to both your business’ needs and their career goals.

  3. I’ll organise interviews and complete interview training with you if required. After the interview, I’ll provide you with feedback.

  4. I’ll complete at least two reference checks - including one from a direct report.

  5. Once the candidate has settled into their new job, I’ll check in to find out how they’re progressing.
